Appointments
You can book appointments via our online booking system, which can be found on our website, Instagram, or Facebook. Alternatively, you can call us on 01424 845335.
When making a booking with Perfections you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of booking.
Please check we have your updated information to receive your communication preferences from us. Your consultation form will be sent electronically by email 3 days prior to your appointment. If this hasn’t been completed before your appointment please arrive 5-10 minutes before. We also withhold the right to amend or refuse your appointment if you disclose any medical conditions which inhibit the treatment. It is in everyone’s best interest to complete it before to make your experience as smooth as possible.
A deposit will be taken when you book your appointment, it will be taken off your final bill when you pay for your treatment. The deposit will be fully refunded if you cancel, as long as you give 48 hours notice prior to the treatment.
If you give less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of your service will be charged.
If you need to cancel please ring us (and leave a message if we do not answer) or use the online booking system. Please DO NOT text, email or message us via social media to cancel.
Your deposit will be fully refunded if we find during our consultation that a service or treatment is not suitable for you or cannot be provided for any reason. We will always try to find an alternative treatment for you if this has to be done.
If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the cost of your service.
In the event of a truly unavoidable emergency, all, or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to a future service.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, we may be able to reschedule. If we cannot reschedule we reserve the right to cancel the appointment. Or we will fulfil the treatment in the time we have allocated, this may result in a shorter treatment, however, you will still be charged for 100% of the treatment cost.
Management reserves the right to change, alter or amend any aspects of the contents of this brochure with no notice.
Consultations
Completion of a digital consultation form is required for ALL treatments that we provide at Perfections.
You will be required to update your form on a regular basis throughout the year to ensure your health and comfort. However, we do ask that you let us know of any recent changes in regards to, operations, medications or general health.
Please always ask us if you are uncertain or have any questions.
It is within our right to cancel your appointment if a therapist is not available to carry out your treatment through circumstances that are beyond our control. We do reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. In unusual circumstances, we may need to cancel your booking in the event we cannot fulfil your appointment. We will ALWAYS contact you by phone.
At Perfections, we strive to offer the best service and treatments possible, However, if we do not perform treatments or services to your standards, please contact the salon within 24 hours of your treatment so we can assist with any of your concerns. If the salon is closed, please leave a message or email and we will always get back to you as soon as possible.
Pricing
Our prices can change without notice.
We do reserve the right to change the nature of any treatment or course.
Refunds and Exchanges
Products may be returned unused and unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Perfections. We will not accept the product used, damaged or not in the same condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Patch Test
A patch test must be carried out at Perfections at least 48 hours prior to your treatment with us.
Anyone who hasn’t had a treatment in the last 6 months must have a repeat patch test before their treatment.
Failure to attend your patch test appointment or have a patch test with us will result in your therapist being unable to carry out the treatment and the 100% cancellation cost policy will apply.
Pregnancy
Pregnant women are unable to have some of the treatments we offer. Certain medical conditions and pregnancy may be a contra-indication to a range of treatments. We advise if you are unsure of what you can have to please phone when booking these appointments.
For your own health, safety, and personal care and to ensure prolonged and the best results from our treatment you must follow your aftercare.
Mobile Phones
We kindly ask that all mobile phones be silenced or the volume turned to low during your Perfections visit to help maintain a relaxed, calming and peaceful environment for all clients.
Parking
Please allow enough time to park. There is a car park called Little Common Car Park, next to Tesco Express. Or there is on-street parking around the village. Please bear in mind it can get busy so ensure you have left enough time to get to your appointment on time.
Children
We do not encourage you to bring your children into the salon as it is not the safest nor most stimulating environment for them. We pride ourselves on being able to have calm surroundings and they can often disrupt this.
Pets
As much as we all love our animals, I’m afraid we can’t allow pets into the salon as this can sometimes disturb other clients’ treatments and some may even possibly have allergies. I’m sure you all understand.
Monthly Competition (WIN a treatment of the month)
All participants must be on our mailing list and over the age of 18 years.
Monthly competitions will run from the 1st of each month and end on the last day of the same month.
Entries will be made automatically to those who have ticked yes to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
The winner will be chosen at random by an online generator.
The winner will be announced on the 1st of every month by email.
All participants’ personal information is kept within the GDPR laws.
Perfections reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition under certain circumstances.
The winner needs to claim and use the treatment in the month of winning.
The treatment cannot be exchanged or gifted for another treatment or person or exchanged for the cash amount.
